In 2011, new and binding regulations for the use of course rooms at Heinrich Heine University (HHU) - the “12 Rules” – have been established by the committees responsible.

These rules, which are final and binding, regulate all aspects of room bookings, in particular booking phases, priorities, and procedures for any dispute which may arise as a result of a collision of bookings.

Rooms may in future only be booked in accordance with these regulations:
