For both students and prospective students Heinrich Heine University has a central service point on campus: the Student Service Centre (SSC). Here, in the administration building 16.11 (map), competent people are available from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday to help you with any questions and other queries related to studying.

At SSC you can find everything under one roof: Whether you require a specific study-related service such as confirmation of enrolment or are a first-year student or someone thinking about studying and have “preparatory” questions and need advice – we are here for you. Simply follow the special “SSC” signs.
