The non-academic staff council is responsible for all staff members and public servants working in non-academic positions at Heinrich Heine University.

It ensures that all colleagues are treated in accordance with law and equity. It especially makes certain that all statutes, regulations, establishment agreements, and state employees’ salary schemes are observed for the benefit of the employees.

It, moreover, voices the colleagues’ proposals and suggestions for improvement, but also complaints with departmental heads.
