At the occasion of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court, the subsection Rhine/Ruhr of the DIS40 (the German Institution of Arbitration’s initiative for young arbitration lawyers) organizes in collaboration with the Moot Alumni Associations of the University of Düsseldorf as well as the Friends of the Düsseldorf Faculty of Law

The Düsseldorf Pre-Moot Rounds intend to prepare the students for their oral hearings by allowing them to deliver their pleadings in front of lawyers from various law firms and legal departments. The moot pleadings will be held on March 23 (Friday) and March 24 (Saturday), 2012 with a final pleading on Saturday afternoon.
