Elektronenmikroskopisches Bild des Komplex I
Einzelpartikel des Komplex I wurden negativ angefärbt und elektronenmikroskopisch vermessen. Aus einer Vielzahl von Bildern wurde ein dreidimensionales Bild mit Hilfe der "conical tilt reconstruction" Methode berechnet.
Die Bilder entstanden in Zusammenarbeit mit Dr. Kevin Leonard (EMBL Heidelberg) und Dr. Vincent Guénebaut (UCSF).
Single particles of complex I preparation have been negatively stained and investigated by electron microscopy. Images were averaged and a three dimensional model calculated using the 'conical tilt reconstruction' method. These images have been obtained in collaboration with Dr. Kevin Leonard (EMBL Heidelberg) and Dr. Vincent Guénebaut (UCSF).
